Caring for relatives is often a 24-hour task. This begs the question of whether you really have to manage everything alone. Many activities, such as cleaning, shopping or accompanying an elderly mother to the doctor, can be outsourced. It may be a little daunting to make these decisions at first, but those who overcome their hesitancy to do so quickly realise that more energy and time is left as a result for tasks that cannot be performed by third parties. The energy and time saved can be used to stay effective at work and remain physically and mentally healthy.
The care & co home relief service can be used to both meet a need for short-term support and in long-term situations. The home relief service is the placement of a home assistant for the direct and needs-based completion of everyday work. In emergency situations, family carers receive a home assistant from the emergency relief pool within the shortest possible time. If long-term home relief is sought, a care & co counsellor takes over the placement of a home assistant who meets the individual requirements of the clientele. The counsellors accompany and support the clientele during the entire hiring process. They can provide advice and submit specific documents (salary budget, employment contracts, information on social insurance, etc.).
The home relief service includes the execution of everyday household tasks such as
